Our free plan is designed specifically for a single location with less than 20 items available for rent. We know having a great rental platform is a big benefit for all companies, no matter their size, and we wanted to ensure every company has access to our platform. The free account is intended as a starter package and we hope those accounts will one day grow beyond the 20 item limitation and upgrade to one of our paid packages.
While you do not have to use the QR decals, we absolutely and highly recommend that you do. Check-In and Check-Out processes become a breeze and each QR decal also comes with Karmik's "lost-and-found" service for free!
Each QR decal uniquely identifies the item, and its owner. If one of your items with a decal is lost in the outdoors, if someone finds it, they can scan the QR code and easily report it as found. You and the finder can connect, and you can receive your lost item easier than ever before!
Karmik Pro™ not only makes the rental process easy, we automate much of the functionality, alerts, notifications and emails that you would want to send. You can also list your rentals on our Karmik Outdoors™ B2C platform for free and enjoy more reservations with none of the marketing!
